how it works

Simple by design.

Taskcorder is built around one loop: capture what you want to do, decide what matters, focus on it, and see where the time went. New ideas start in the Queue so they don't clutter your active list — promote one to a task the moment it's actually ready to work on. Tag tasks to a Project and track it however fits how you think: a plain list, a Gantt-style timeline, a Kanban board, or a freeform whiteboard. Routines handle the stuff you do every day and keep a streak so you can see your consistency at a glance. When you want the full picture, Reports break your time down by day, project, or routine — export to CSV if you need it elsewhere.

01
Capture it in the Queue
Jot down an idea before it's ready to work on. Nothing clutters your task list until you promote it.
02
Organize with Projects
Tag tasks to a project. View progress as a list, timeline, board, or whiteboard — whichever fits the work.
03
Start the timer
Hit start and focus. Pomodoro keeps you on track. Apple icons mark each session.
04
Keep your Routines running
Recurring daily work tracks its own streak, so you can see your consistency without thinking about it.
05
Review your report
Check daily and weekly breakdowns by project or routine. Know exactly where your time went.
